Description

KBCC houses over 500 woody species which are kept in shade houses as well as the outdoor arboretum. A team of dedicated staff work to maintain the collection and keep the database up-to-date. KBCC has also been an active member of the Global Trees Campaign carrying out conservation of threatened tree species in Southern Taiwan, such as Lithocarpus formosanus. KBCC is very happy to be the first ArbNet accredited institution in Taiwan and looks forward to continuing to grow our tree conservation work!
