We do a very robust Plant Sale at The Morton Arboretum on Arbor Day weekend. From the marketing side, we promote it with a direct mail flyer (YES!) but also post online using the same system as our online store so ordering is easy...much easier than taking phone orders. We do a fair amount of social media announcing the sale and we include this in any publication that lists events from a major presence on our website to news releases to our magazine, onsite signage and event rack cards.
Do you offer just trees or perennials and vegetables as well?
